STROEBELCON, as a Greenfields and Brownfields Contracting specialist, is able to assist companies to undertake the complex planning, costing and execution of the Turn-Key scope for multi-faceted projects. We offer specialized services to Small, Medium and large companies to undertake from small to larger contracts or to undertake technology specific packages within a larger project. As a specialist Civil and Structural engineering company, our positioning in this market enables STROEBELCON to add value to companies who otherwise would not have the required capability and specialist resources.
STROEBELCON has a number of strategic partnerships (Joint Ventures) with other Project and Construction companies including Professional Design Engineers, both complimentary and synergistically in nature. We also have a close working relationship with a number of the outsourced Operation and Maintenance companies in the Coal, Government and Industrial industry, undertaking design and construction work for and on behalf of our Clients.
STROEBELCON, as the Turn-Key Contractor is allocated responsibility for overall management of the carrying out and completion of the works. This includes the co-ordination of the works and services being procured on the employer’s behalf to achieve completion of the works in accordance with the project schedule, the project budget and to meet the required technical and performance specification. Project Management is a specialized technology and requires a well disciplined and systematic approach to project execution to ensure the successful completion on time, to budget and to the required quality standards. STROEBELCON has also developed proven in-house Project Management systems to ensure client satisfaction.
STROEBELCON utilises a task force approach under the leadership of a Project Sponsor and Project Manager, combined with the most appropriate control systems and standards, to ensure the successful completion of the project on time, to budget and to the required quality standards. The role of the employer’s team in monitoring, supporting and supplementing the services is extremely important to achieve successful project execution and delivery within project budgetary constraints.
STROEBELCON’s role in the management of the works, in parallel with the Sub Contracting Companies and follow-on trades, is therefore paramount. For successful project implementation, the Turn-Key solution requires a well-equipped and mobilised employer’s team to take a hands-on and intrusive role in the management and administration of the works. The most critical element in the execution of the Turn-Key project, lies largely in the Project team, whose background, personal ability and determination are key to the success of a project.

MINING
STROEBELCON has a wealth of expertise within the coal mining sector including over 30 years of experience within the mining industry. We are able to provide our clients with a tailor-made solution for a multitude of mining operations varying in nature. We have a team of professional consultants that are leading experts in their field and are well equipped to undertake any coal surface mining operation.
